Valet parking in Mallorca, from Palma Airport to your door

A driver meets you at departures at Palma Airport (PMI), then returns your car to you at arrivals. The exact meeting point is confirmed in your booking. Airport handover costs €39 per journey leg at the starter tariff, in addition to parking. Never leave your vehicle or keys unattended.

Both options are at our Palma base. Covered parking has overhead shelter and starts at €18/day; open-air parking has no roof and starts at €12/day. Your space is reserved for the booked period at the fixed total shown before payment, counted in 24-hour periods from handover. If you need longer, we agree the extension and its price with you first; there is never an automatic full-day penalty for a few minutes' delay. Your confirmation states the option you booked.

You can cancel an eligible booking free of charge until the deadline shown before payment and in your confirmation; by default this is 48 hours before the first scheduled handover. A later change to our settings never shortens your confirmed deadline. Cancel online in your booking or write to info@azulcars.com. After the deadline we only keep an amount that reflects services already performed and reasonable, documented costs we could not avoid, and we refund the rest. This commercial policy is separate from, and in addition to, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described in the Terms. Changes to dates, places or parking are confirmed by our team, and any revised price needs your approval.

Fixed prices and handling fees are shown separately. Detailing and quoted work require your approval of the scope and final price before anything is done.
